I was truly shocked to receive your e-mail notifying me of your Co-Sponsorship of H.R.4104. For years now, I have been sending you articles, books, videos, DVDs on the subject of 9-11. I’ve organized marches Demanding a Congressional Investigation of 9-11, Demanding Repeal of the PATRIOT Act, and Demanding Pre-Emptive Impeachment of the Bush cabal for-t

#1) covering up 9-11 and
#2) threatening pre-emptive strikes against innocent countries (Afghanistan and Iraq).

My efforts seem to have fallen upon deaf ears. Or perhaps, you, like Senator Feinstein, already have all this information, but “have a different worldview,” and “believe in Bush.” I don’t. He has lied too often.

At the San Francisco International Inquiry into 9-11 Phase One (which I organized) and at the Toronto Inquiry, enormous evidence suggested that 9-11 was an “inside job,” a special operation designed to terrorize Americans, gather public support for imperial wars, pass legislation to crush dissent in the United States and throughout the world. 9-11 is being used as a pretext for endless war abroad, to strip people of basic rights, to crush dissent, for the militarization of the US, as outlined by the think tank, Project for a New American Century, which stated “the process of transformation is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event- like a New Pearl Harbor.”(1)

The White House fought efforts to investigate 9-11. Appointed to damage control were the CIA, Senator Bob Graham, Congressman Porter Goss, and Henry Kissinger, who should have been investigated for their own role in 9-11.(Goss and Graham breakfasted with “the money man behind 9-11” on the morning of the attacks.) Why was the “money man behind 9-11,” (who had $100,000 sent to Mohammed Atta- identified by the FBI as the lead pilot in the attacks), head of Pakistan’s I.S.I (Inter-Services Intelligence Agency)., Lt. General Mahmoud Ahmad, meeting with top U.S. officials from September 4th through September 13th?

Why did the Bush Administration seek Pakistan's ‘cooperation' in the "war on terrorism," despite the fact that the ISI was financing and abetting the 9-11 terrorists? (It’s like "asking Al Capone to help in going after organized crime.")

Why did the military fail to intercept the hijacked planes on September 11th, in violation of the most standard operating procedures?

Why did officials react in such a bizarre manner to news of the attack, with Bush, Rumsfeld, and Myers carrying on as if nothing unusual was occurring?

Why were the men most responsible for the military failure on 9-11 rewarded with promotions and increased budgets?

Al Qaeda is a joint creation of the CIA and Saudi Arabia through Pakistan’s ISI; on the surface Al Qaeda is “the outside enemy” to justify military actions, beneath the surface Al Qaeda has been a CIA asset. (So was Osama Bin Laden, Saddam Hussein)(2) The architects of the PATRIOT Acts, Homeland Security, and the Global Police State legislation (H.R. 4104- The Intelligence Transformation Act) are writing the ever-changing 9-11 Cover-Up narrative.

The Truth matters now. It is time to rein in our government, to expose its lies, criminal activities, its attacks upon basics rights. It is time to blow the whistle!

We have marched on our representatives. We have marched to prevent illegal, immoral, wars, to demand an investigation of 9-11, the repeal of the PATRIOT Act, to Impeach the Terrorists, occupying the White House. It is time to march again. Support the Whistleblowers! Dissent is NOT Terrorism! Repression is NOT Security!

No to the Global Police State! NO to torture and fear. NO to empires, illegitimate governments, and stolen elections. NO to state-sponsored terrorism. NO to military madness. NO to the criminalization of dissent, the Patriot Act, the imprisonment of people of color, and the racist system that divides us all.

Admiral Kimmel’s grandson spoke at the Citizen’s International Inquiry into 9-11 in Toronto. His grandfather took the blame for “Pearl Harbor,” despite the fact that Washington DC, the Phillipines, knew about the impending attacks, and his grandfather was not warned. Indeed, FDR asked for an eight point plan, to provoke Japan into attacking, to gain public support for entering World War II. That plan was carried out, although for decades the truth was buried.

After World War II, the CIA came into being; it’s stated purpose was “To prevent another Pearl Harbor.” However any critical examination of the CIA’s covert operations over the past fifty years reveals that the CIA’s main purpose has not been to safeguard American lives or territory. The CIA has a very dark history of waging terrorist attacks upon other nations, overthrowing democratically elected leaders, rigging elections, serving large corporate interests over the interests of native populations.

When the White House refers to “National Security Interests,” whose interests are they referring to? The corporate interests of Enron, oil companies, banks, other large multinational corporations, or the health and well being of ordinary people? The CIA has helped innumerable countries identify and liquidate thousands of dissidents. The CIA has done more to sow distrust, enmity and hatred of the United States, than any other organization (with the possible exception of the US military). A larger, more powerful, CIA is more likely to cause, create, fund, instigate more terrorist attacks outside and within the US, to serve the interests of multinational corporations, who benefit from a war economy. Already the “Counter-Terrorism” FBI and other government Agency task forces are targeting Peace groups and non-violent protesters who pose absolutely no threat to the country, but a political threat to those in power.

The assault upon our Constitution and Bill of Rights is coming from the White House, the Justice Department, and the head of the House Intelligence-Oversight Committee, Congressman Porter Goss, who was behind much of PATRIOT Act I and PATRIOT Act II, and H.R.4104- The Intelligence Transformation Act; Goss was also nominated to head the CIA. Yet, Goss is clearly part of the 9-11 Cover-Up, damage control effort by the White House. There has still been no explanation offered as to why on the morning of September 11th, Goss and Senate Intelligence Oversight Committee Chair, Bob Graham were breakfasting with the Head of Pakistan’s ISI, Lt. General Mahmoud Ahmad, who had $100,000 wired to Mohammed Atta, whom the FBI identified as the lead pilot in the attacks. Goss should be seriously questioned for his own role in 9-11.

Why, Congresswoman Eshoo, have those most responsible for the success of the attacks on September 11th been rewarded with promotions and budget increases?

I noticed that it was also Goss who had legislation passed to get Congress to swear to secrecy regarding their briefings by the CIA. Is this why Congress, in general, was so silent when questioned about 9-11? On September 11th, National Public Radio (NPR) was presenting live coverage of the attacks on its show Morning Edition. David Welna, NPR's Congressional correspondent—who was in the Capitol building as it was being evacuated, stated- “I spoke with Congressman Ike Skelton—a Democrat from Missouri and a member of the Armed Services Committee—who said that just recently the Director of the CIA warned that there could be an attack—an imminent attack—on the United States of this nature. So this is not entirely unexpected.”

It makes no sense for Congress to rush through sweeping legislation reorganizing the Intelligence Agencies, “to prevent another 9-11” based on a Whitewash Commission’s recommendations, authored by the same group that engineered 9-11. It only makes sense, if Congress wants to aid and abet a Cover-Up quickly before the public has a chance to organize resistance to a tyrannical government, capable of murdering their own citizens, and attacking other countries, in a quest for greater power and global dominance.

The 9-11 Commission failed to answer 90% of the victims’ families’ questions. We still do not know the truth about what happened about 9-11, but we can see that the government is lying, has destroyed evidence, and is continuing to cover-up the truth.

Who was in charge of coordinating the multiple War Games on September 11th? Why did Brigadier General Winfield, Deputy Director for Operations at the National Military Command Center, ask a junior officer, Navy Captain Charles J. Leidig, Jr., on September 10th, to stand his watch on September 11th from 8:30- 10:30 AM, and where did he go during that time, when by 8:30AM it was clear that planes had been hijacked?

I demand that the questions we published in the ad, and this latest question, be seriously addressed and answered publicly, before Congress, and the American people, are asked to approve of sweeping legislation that would grant more power to a highly dubious entity which historically has specialized in overthrowing democracies, installing corrupt dictators, terrorizing and torturing civilians.

I believe Porter Goss should be investigated thoroughly for his own role in 9-11, and not elevated to a position where he could effectively destroy all evidence, and witnesses, that challenge the official narrative of events of 9-11.

We will be marching on your office on August 25th at 1:00PM, and expecting a public response to the questions we have raised, our opposition to the 9-11 Cover-Up, and H.R. 4104.
